2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, general information is collected automatically (server log files from hosting). This typically includes browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of the request and IP address.

If you contact us via the contact or newsletter form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, company, plan interest, message) to handle your request. Transmission uses HTTPS to our own form API (Cloudflare Worker). Email delivery (notification to us and automatic confirmation to you) is handled by Resend from our domain suppixai.com (senders include info@suppixai.com / anfragen@suppixai.com).

For online demo booking we use our own booking API (Cloudflare Worker) on the same infrastructure as the contact form. We process data required for the appointment (e.g. name, email, company, plan interest, location/region, demo type, chosen slot, optional phone for SMS reminders) and store the booking in our database (Cloudflare D1). Confirmation (including calendar invite / Google Calendar link) is sent by email via Resend. A personal link in the confirmation email lets you cancel or rebook.

3. Purpose of processing

Processing is for providing the website, communicating with prospects and customers, sending confirmations, and taking pre-contractual steps for demo requests and WorkPass newsletter updates.

4. Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, e.g. newsletter / privacy checkbox) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision of the site and answering enquiries).

5. Recipients / processors

For technical delivery we use:

• GitHub Pages – hosting of the marketing website
• Cloudflare – form/booking API (Worker)
• Resend – transactional email
• Cloudflare D1 – storage of demo bookings
• Twilio (optional) – SMS reminders if you provide a phone number and SMS is enabled

We do not share data for other purposes. Where required, we conclude processor agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Retention

Personal data from contact requests is deleted once the request has been fully handled and no statutory retention duties apply. Newsletter data is stored until you object or unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent. Contact info@suppixai.com.

8. WorkPass platform

For customers of our time-tracking system, additional data-protection agreements apply under the respective contract (processing under Art. 28 GDPR). Public display of reviews on this website only covers approved, non-personal or customer-authorised statements via the platform’s public reviews API.

9. Cookies & local storage

We use technically necessary localStorage entries to remember your cookie-banner choice. No tracking or marketing cookies are used by default. If you later enable analytics IDs in site configuration, processing is described there and requires your consent where legally required.

10. Brand, logo and design protection

The names Suppix AI, SUPPIX AI, WorkPass, the company logo, word and figurative marks, colours and design elements, and the visual design of this website and related materials are protected – in particular by copyright and trademark law.

Any use of the logo, brand names or design without prior written consent of Suppix AI UG is prohibited.
